IBM is responsible for providing documentation and limited support on how to deploy and configure server with the Microsoft SQL installed. Customer is responsible for installing, configuring, and deploying MS SQL consistent with the documentation and limited support provided by IBM. Any additional documentation and support questions beyond deployment and configuration that the Customer may have can be found here or by purchasing support from Microsoft.
