IBM Cloud® Event Notifications is an event notification routing service that notifies you to critical events that occur in your IBM Cloud account or triggers automated actions by using webhooks. You can filter and route event notifications from IBM Cloud services to Email, SMS, Webhooks and Push Notifications.
From a single dashboard, route event notifications from IBM Cloud services to relevant stakeholders. Filter alerts by severity and choose a communication channel that is most appropriate, SMS for immediate priority and email for a secondary level of urgency.
Use a IBM Cloud provided email service to send emails to your recipients.
Event Notifications provides basic email and SMS capability that is built in the service. Add the IBM Cloud email or IBM Cloud SMS destination to any Event Notifications subscription for instant connectivity.
Send event notifications to any webhook destination. Use webhooks to integrate outbound notifications into management and collaboration tools, or into your own applications.
Route a single event notification to many destinations with just a few clicks. Send the notification to a person, to your application, and to your automation suite, all at the same time.
Event Notifications user and notification activity can be tracked through IBM Cloud Activity Tracker and IBM Cloud Log Analysis so you can find out what happened when.
The Event Notifications service provides a unified push service to send real-time notifications to mobile devices. The service provides the ability to personalize and send notifications to a segment of users, single user or broadcast to all registered devices in a destination.
