Why can't I submit the form to add my credit card information?
You can't submit your credit card information to upgrade your Lite account to a billable account.
The Upgrade account button is disabled.
This problem happens when your information isn't entered correctly.
Complete the following steps:

Complete all of the required fields to add your credit card and billing information in the IBM Cloud console.
Ensure that you specified a business account and not a personal account type, if you are providing a VAT ID or tax identification number.

Click Upgrade account.
